We're on the hunt for an energetic, people-first Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our client network and nurture the relationships we've already built.

What You'll Be Doing

Winning New Business

• Spot and approach promising corporate prospects throughout Dubai and the wider UAE
• Meet decision-makers face-to-face at their offices to showcase our offerings
• Build and keep a healthy pipeline of prospective accounts
• Grow your professional network and cultivate lasting business ties

Managing Client Relationships

• Own the relationship with existing accounts, delivering top-tier service at every touchpoint
• Stay in regular contact with clients about upcoming events, seasonal needs, and gifting occasions
• Liaise with internal teams to make sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Handle client concerns promptly and keep satisfaction levels high

Converting Leads

• Take company-supplied leads and turn them into closed deals
• Arrange and run client meetings, pitches, and product walkthroughs
• Put together quotations and follow through until the deal is done
• Keep leadership in the loop on pipeline status and sales activity

Reading the Market

• Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging gifting opportunities
• Collect client feedback to help shape better products and services

What You'll Need

• A valid UAE driver's license (non-negotiable)
• 1-2+ years in outdoor sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles
• Strong communicator with sharp interpersonal skills
• Happy to be on the road and meeting clients in person across Dubai and the Emirates
• A knack for building rapport and negotiating well
• Driven, organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Sheets)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Own vehicle is a plus

What's on Offer

• Salary: AED 3,000–6,500/month, based on experience
• Commission/performance incentives (where applicable)
