eBook Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a confident, communication-driven, and target-focused eBook Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, explain digital products, and convert leads into sales.

This is not a passive role. We need someone who can understand customer intent, communicate clearly, handle objections, and consistently close sales.

You will be working with digital products (eBooks), interacting with potential customers through chats and calls, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from inquiry to conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming leads, queries, and messages across platforms
• Explain eBook products, pricing, and value clearly to customers
• Handle objections and guide customers towards purchase decisions
• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads
• Close sales and meet monthly targets
• Keep records of conversations, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with the team to stay updated on products and offers
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (English required)
• Confidence in handling customer conversations (chat & calls)
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
• Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently
• Basic understanding of digital products / online selling
• Organized, responsible, and consistent in follow-ups

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or digital selling
• Experience with WhatsApp, Instagram, or online sales channels
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking
• Understanding of customer psychology and persuasion
