Tai Builders is a realestate development company with 9+ nprojects delivered. We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Executive with strong experience in call enter Representative, Real estate executive, insurance exeutive and banking service executives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
• Identify new business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a call center or sales environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in selling anykind of service or goods is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-driven, confident, and result-focused personality.

Salary & Benefits:

• PKR 50,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience and performance) + commission per sale
