Full Job Description

Skilled Tech Solutions is looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

We are an IT solutions company providing services such as CCTV, networking, Wi-Fi, access control, attendance systems, servers, backup solutions, telephony, smart automation, and other business technology services. We serve offices, villas, flats, building owners, and companies across Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a candidate who can support our online presence, improve our marketing performance, create attractive content, and help generate real business leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve SEO for the company website
• Handle company social media accounts and post regularly
• Create marketing content for social media, promotions, and service awareness
• Design graphics for posts, stories, ads, flyers, and company materials
• Support lead generation through digital marketing activities
• Create content that builds trust with customers and increases engagement
• Promote company services in a professional and attractive way
• Coordinate with the team to understand services and turn them into strong marketing content
• Monitor social media and marketing performance and suggest improvements
• Support sales-related marketing activities when needed

Requirements

• Experience in SEO
• Experience in social media marketing
• Experience in content creation
• Experience in graphic design
• Must be familiar to us AI Tools for daily activities
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to create professional and engaging content
• Basic understanding of sales and customer-focused marketing
• Experience in IT, technical services, CCTV, networking, or related field is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Social media content planning
• Marketing ideas for service-based businesses
• Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas

Salary

• AED 3k - 4k per month
