Urgent Hiring – Sales Coordinator (E-Commerce Department)

AsraDerm is looking for a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing E-Commerce Department.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Sales Coordination and E-Commerce Operations

✅ Strong understanding of online sales channels, order management, and customer support

✅ Experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Performance Tracking

✅ Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

✅ Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and online sales platforms

✅ Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills

✅ Ability to manage order flow and support the sales team independently

✅ Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting) and data management

✅ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales operations and order processing across all e-commerce channels
• Monitor and manage online orders from placement to successful delivery
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
• Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer buying behavior
• Track sales targets and provide insights to improve business performance
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
• Manage marketplace listings, promotions, and sales activities
• Resolve order-related issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate sales records and dashboards for decision-making
