About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company residential & commercial
- plots.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate, updated information.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance off plan projects exposure and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- +2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (required).
- Valid UAE driving license (required).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Required Languages: Urdu/Hindi, French, Russian & Arabic.
- Proven footprint in achieving sales targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
