We are currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Rental Agent

• $21.00/hour
• Tuesday through Saturday
• 8:00am-4:30pm

No RV experience necessary, we offer on the job training!

RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS

Our Customer Service Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent with a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure. Travel to our Hub locations to assist rental agents and managers when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of the RV rentals
• Check guests in and out of their RV rental
• Take guests on walk-though of their unit (Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors)
• Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
• Prepare kitchen kits for customers
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Assist the Detail department as needed to prepare RV rentals

RENTAL AGENT REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to Travel
• Weekend Availability
• Attention to Detail
• Superior communication skills
• Desire to work and learn
• Dependability
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screenwithin seven (7) days of employment (excluding marijuana)
