A Retail Manager supervises store operations, manages staff, and ensures that customers have a positive shopping experience. They are responsible for meeting sales goals, maintaining inventory, and upholding the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and product displays
• Handle inventory control, stock ordering, and loss prevention
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
