Remote/Virtual Tutor (Christian Faith-Based Tutoring)

Duties

• A short reading from the Holy Bible at the beginning of each session.
• Conduct online tutoring sessions with students/clients.
• Develop and implement engaging and personalized lesson plans that align with the student's needs and goals.
• Assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
• Submit a video recording for the entire time of the scheduled session/s

Requirements

• Must have a valid teaching certificate in any of these states: AR, FL, GA, IA, NC, SC, TN
• At least 2 years of proven professional teaching/tutoring experience of the subject/s you are willing to tutor.
• Strong oral and written communication, computer & internet skills to effectively conduct the online/virtual tutoring sessions for students of varying ages and backgrounds.
• Laptop, tablet or iPad with a webcam and a stable internet connection.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment for all learners, adapting materials as necessary.
• A passion for educating others and a commitment to student success.
