REMOTE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while assisting customers, handling inquiries, and generating sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) – Mandatory
• Basic knowledge of customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Active and reliable internet connection
• IOS or Android smartphone
• Laptop or PC for daily work activities

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Follow up with potential customers and generate sales
• Maintain positive customer relationships
• Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
• Meet sales and customer service targets set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Compensation:

• Commission-based earnings
• A basic salary may be offered after successful completion of the trial period, depending on the candidate's performance, skills, and abilities

• Remote (Work from Anywhere)
