Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls to clients professionally and efficiently
Confirm, follow up, and rebook appointments across multiple clinic locations
Manage the clinic's digital booking systems and call logs accurately
Provide pet owners with clear, accurate information on services, treatments, and clinic procedures
Coordinate smoothly with our on-site teams to ensure seamless client care
Deliver a warm, friendly, and reassuring experience on every single call
Requirements
Required
Experience in a call centre, receptionist, or client-facing role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English
Comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls in a fast-paced, remote environment
Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed while working from home
Proficient with Google Workspace and online administration or CRM tools
Access to a personal computer and a stable, reliable internet connection
A quiet, professional home workspace
Preferred
Background in veterinary, medical, or animal-related services
Experience with digital booking or practice management systems
