The Opportunity

We're looking for a Surgical Dental Assistant to join our new Bellevue location. We have two schedule options available depending on what works best for you:

Option 1 — Part-Time Bellevue Only Wednesdays and Fridays at our Bellevue office. A great fit if you're looking for a consistent two-day schedule with a high-quality surgical team.

Option 2 — Full-Time (Bellevue + Seattle) Wednesdays and Fridays in Bellevue, plus Mondays and Thursdays in Seattle. Full-time candidates working 30+ hours per week qualify for our full benefits package.

Both options are ideal for someone with dental or surgical assisting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality care environment. We're growing, and we'd love to grow with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patients with 5-star customer service
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms
• Prepare tables and trays for doctors and hygienists with necessary instruments and supplies
• Properly handle and maintain tools and equipment
• Take high-quality dental radiographs
• Assist doctors with exam, surgical, and post-operative appointments

Qualifications

• Positive and collaborative attitude
• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in a surgical or fast-paced office
• Current WA State Dental License
• CPR Certification

Compensation

• Level 2 – Chairside Exam & Post-op Assistant (photos, charting, suture removal): $25–$30/hr
• Level 3 – Surgical & Exam Assistant: $31–$40/hr
• Level 4 – Surgical & Exam Assistant with IV Certification: $37–$41/hr
