Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and international hiring.
• Source and attract qualified candidates across European markets.
• Create and publish job advertisements.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Assess candidates' language, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Coordinate online assessments, interviews, and selection activities.
• Support international candidates with the relocation process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience is a must.
• International recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
