We're partnering with a global technology leader to hire an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

This is an exciting opportunity to recruit across the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent, influence hiring strategy, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. You'll play a key role in supporting ambitious business growth while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies throughout EMEA

✅ Developing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines

✅ Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategy

✅ Managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment

✅ Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer

✅ Using recruitment metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions

✅ Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment

✔ Experience recruiting within a high-volume or fast-paced environment

✔ Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✔ Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies while maintaining quality

✔ Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience

✔ Experience recruiting across EMEA is highly desirable.
