Real Estate Videographer

Job Description

• Capturing high resolution images/videos of properties for online listings and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video ideas and storyboards.
• Taking photographs/videos of interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in order to promote them for sale or rent
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment professionally.
• Shooting real estate listings to help agents advertise their properties online
• Shooting interior, exterior, and detail shots of properties for marketing purposes
• Edit video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Color correct and grade videos to maintain a consistent style and tone.
• Stay updated on video trends, technologies, and storytelling techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
• Presentable with Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Multi tasking skills (The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines)
• Initiative to resolve issues.
• Willing to go extra miles to provide excellent service that leads to the success in all aspects of the business and company.
• Team player and self driven attitude.
• Must have commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Additional preferable: Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects).
• Arabic Language and English language
