Real Estate Team leader

We Are Hiring: Real Estate Team Leader We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities: -

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents - Distribute leads and - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets - Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members - Monitor market trends and ensure high-quality client service

Requirements: -

Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience is a plus) - Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to drive team performance and close deals - Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
