About the Role

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in Ajman. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to earn unlimited commissions, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a commission-only position with attractive earning potential for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and committed to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong client network.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Follow up with potential buyers and sellers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Stay updated on the Ajman real estate market.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Arabic, English, Urdu, or Hindi speakers are welcome.
