Salary & Commission
Option 1 – Commission Only
- 60% Flat Commission on every successful sale
Option 2 – Salary + Commission
- Monthly Salary (applicable after completing at least 1 sale in a month)
- 50% Flat Commission on every successful sale
- Monthly Meeting Bonus
Note:
- 1 sale in a month = Salary + 50% Commission + Meeting Bonus
- No sale = No salary, but you can still earn the Meeting Bonus by achieving your meeting targets.

Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Sales or real estate experience is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
