Position: QS / Estimation Engineer (Civil & ELV)
We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced QS / Estimation Engineer to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & ELV field
- Valid driving license (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge in estimation and quantity surveying
- Ability to join immediately
Scope of Work:
- Preparing quotations and BOQ
- Conducting site visits
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors
- Strong industry network
- Good knowledge in the relevant field
- Preparation of prequalification documents
- Good connection with consultant
- Preparation of material submittals and related documentation
