We're Hiring: Intermediate Project Manager / Coordination Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager / Coordination Engineer to support major Wastewater Network Salinity Reduction projects in Abu Dhabi. This is a client-facing role requiring strong project coordination, technical expertise, and extensive experience in water and wastewater utility networks.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across concurrent wastewater projects.

Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and client submissions.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, risks, and contractual deliverables.

Coordinate site inspections, reporting, document control, and GIS tracking.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and contractual obligations.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering.

18+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in water, wastewater, or sewer network projects.

Strong experience in sewer investigations, CCTV inspections, flow monitoring, hydraulic analysis, pipeline installation, rehabilitation, and commissioning.

Proven client-facing project coordination experience within engineering consultancy or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, reporting, contract administration, and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Preferred

Experience with ADSSC, TAQA, DMT, or Abu Dhabi utility projects.

GIS-based project tracking experience.

Arabic language proficiency.

Background in wastewater rehabilitation and underground utility networks.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
