Project Management Officer

Looking for an experienced Senior PMO - Governance to join a leading organization undergoing a major digital transformation. This strategic role will lead the evolution of project governance by modernizing PMO processes and implementing enterprise workflow automation using ServiceNow Process Automation .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Establish project governance standards, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards
• Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and delivery priorities
• Drive the transformation of manual, spreadsheet-based PMO processes into automated enterprise workflows
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow Process Automatio n for PMO operations
• Design automated workflows for project initiation, approvals, governance reviews, portfolio management, reporting, and risk management

Skil

• Extensive experience establishing and leading enterprise PMO governance functions
• Strong background in project governance, portfolio management, and process improvement
• Proven experience delivering business transformation and PMO modernization initiatives
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Process Automation is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill
