Hiring: Project Director – QatarEnergy EPC / EPIC Buildings Project

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major QatarEnergy EPC / EPIC Buildings project in Ras Laffan. The successful candidate will provide overall project leadership and ensure the successful execution of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE, quality, commercial, and stakeholder management activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

PMP Certification (Mandatory)

25+ years of post-qualification experience

10+ years as Project Manager within a contracting company

10+ years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf

Proven experience leading major EPC / EPIC projects

Experience managing mega projects valued at USD 1 Billion+ preferred

Strong background in engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE & QA/QC integration

QatarEnergy, Ras Laffan, and Oil & Gas Buildings project experience preferred

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall project execution and governance
• Manage QatarEnergy client interface and senior stakeholder communications
• Drive project delivery against schedule, budget, quality, and HSE objectives
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
• Lead commercial, contractual, risk, claims, and subcontractor management
• Ensure successful project handover and closeout
