Professional Nanny / Family Assistant
Location: Hudson, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $23–$26/hour | 35 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
A Unique Opportunity for the Right Nanny
Are you looking for a position that offers the perfect balance of childcare and family assistant responsibilities?
A warm, down-to-earth family is searching for a dependable, proactive nanny to care for their curious 18-month-old son while helping keep their household running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with two resident physician parents who value communication, kindness, and building a lasting relationship with their nanny.
Because their son attends daycare during the day for socialization, you'll enjoy a nice mix of hands-on childcare along with family assistant duties—making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and independence throughout the day.
About the Child
This sweet, curious toddler loves exploring the outdoors, reading books, music, water play, and watching construction equipment. His parents encourage independence, learning through everyday experiences, and spending as much time outside as possible.
Schedule
This position guarantees approximately 35 hours per week with a schedule provided well in advance.
Hours generally fall Monday through Friday between 5:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with a combination of morning and afternoon shifts surrounding daycare. During the middle of the day, responsibilities shift to family assistant tasks while the child is at daycare.
Because both parents are resident physicians, occasional evening, weekend, or overnight coverage may be requested with advance notice. These weeks are balanced with lighter schedules whenever possible to maintain the guaranteed weekly hours.
