Cee Cee’s Closet NYC is a Brooklyn-based, Black-owned premium African heritage body care brand. We create body washes, dusting powders, body lotions, and sugar scrubs designed to celebrate African heritage and help customers feel extraordinary in their skin.

We are a small, fast-moving team that takes quality seriously. Our production work is hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in consistency. Every batch matters.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate to support our body care production team. This is an on-site, hands-on role where you will follow written SOPs to help produce our core product lines with care, cleanliness, and consistency.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys focused, physical work, can follow instructions precisely, and takes pride in doing things the right way every time.

What You’ll Do

• Produce body washes, dusting powders, body lotions, and sugar scrubs according to written SOPs
• Measure, mix, package, and handle raw materials with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Follow sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the production process
• Work independently while maintaining consistent output and quality
• Communicate clearly if you notice an issue with materials, equipment, timing, or production quality

Schedule

This is a part-time contractor role for up to 25 hours per week. Hours will vary based on production needs and candidate availability.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written SOPs precisely
• Reliable transportation to our Brooklyn production space
• Professional communication and conduct
• Background check required as a condition of engagement

Compensation

Pay is $20–$24 per hour, based on experience.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Benefits are not included.
