Product Supply Analyst
Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (4+ days onsite)
A rapidly growing, mission-driven restaurant brand with 250+ locations nationwide, focused on delivering fresh, high-quality food through strong partnerships with suppliers and a data-driven supply chain.
The Product Supply Analyst is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted product availability across a multi-unit restaurant network. This role owns supply forecasting, monitors demand trends, and translates insights into actionable supply plans that optimize inventory, reduce waste, and support business growth.
Supply Planning & Forecasting
- Own end-to-end supply forecasting, converting demand plans into executable supply plans
- Build and refine forecasting models to support a growing multi-unit footprint
- Monitor demand trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels
S&OP Leadership
- Establish and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations
- Influence stakeholders at all levels through data and insights
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full product lifecycle from launch through obsolescence
- Coordinate product transitions and optimize inventory strategies
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track supply chain performance and KPIs
- Conduct ad hoc analysis using data from ERP systems, procurement tools, and analytics platforms
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Supply Chain Optimization
- Identify and resolve shortages, excess inventory, and inefficiencies
- Improve processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency
- Partner closely with suppliers and distributors to maintain optimal inventory flow
Experience
- 5+ years in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-unit or foodservice environment preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with ERP or supply chain systems (e.g., inventory, procurement platforms)
- Advanced analytical and forecasting capabilities

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with forecasting and inventory optimization tools
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms
- Supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM)
- Knowledge of perishable or food supply chains
