About the role
Small non profit center on the Eastside of Providence is looking for a full time Preschool teacher assistant.
Age groups are 3-5 years old
Hours are M-F 9:00 am-5:30 pm
Experience preferred.
Must be hard working, energetic, dependable and reliable person.
Paid holidays, vacation and sick time after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Facilitate daily activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive interactions among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
