nBachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Master’s in Public Sector or Digital Transformation is a plus)

• )Proven presales experience in bid management and client-facing presentations/workshops
• .Strong solutioning and analytical thinking; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• .Experience with estimation/effort sizing and commercial inputs, with strong attention to quality and detail
• .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate across presales, delivery, finance, and partners
• .Excellent command of English; Arabic capability as per role requirements
• .Certifications (nice to have): TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure foundations
• .Government/compliance exposure is strongly preferred
