What You Ll Do

• Provide production support for utility clients
• Debug issues, analyze logs, and ensure smooth system operations
• Work with SQL and PL/SQL to maintain and enhance applications
• Collaborate on system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Manage tickets and incidents using JIRA
  
  

• Strong hands on experience with SQL/PLSQL
• Basic knowledge of Shell scripting or Java (a plus)
• Experience with debugging and log analysis
• Clear communication skills, especially during high severity incidents
• Analytical mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
• Team player with strong stakeholder management
  
  

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Exposure to monitoring tools, automation, or cloud platforms
