Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions or recovery plans.
• Track fabrication, material procurement, deliveries, and site installation activities.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings.
• Assist Project Managers in resource planning and project monitoring.
• Ensure project milestones and contractual deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of planning experience in construction, architectural metal works, aluminium, or aluminium and steel fabrication projects.
• Proficiency in Autocad, Solidworks
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE experience is preferred.
