Yivory Healthcare is a mobile primary care company bringing physician-supervised, insurance-covered care to underserved communities and residential facilities across the Atlanta metro and Dalton corridor. Our field team — RNs and Paramedics — is already in the patient's home or community. We need a sharp, decisive PA to be the clinical brain on the other end of the screen.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position — flexible scheduling, monthly retainer during ramp-up, with a genuine path to expanded hours and W-2 conversion as visit volume grows. We are building this now and want the right person in early.

What you'll do

• Conduct real-time telehealth assessments while our RN/EMT team is physically with the patient — you see, assess, direct, and decide
• Practice with full clinical autonomy under our Medical Director's standing orders — you individualize care, you don't follow a script
• Order labs, diagnostics, IV therapy, and follow-up services within scope
• Co-sign care plans and complex E&M encounters
• Support patient enrollment in ongoing chronic care and monitoring programs
• Chart in our EHR/telehealth platform (training provided)

Must-haves

• Active Georgia PA-C license in good standing — OR active license in another state with eligibility for a Georgia Telemedicine License
• Confident, high-autonomy clinical judgment — you make decisions, not requests
• Reliable high-speed internet and comfort with telehealth platforms
• Availability for flexible scheduling across Atlanta metro service days

Nice to have: urgent care, emergency medicine, home health, or geriatric experience; familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid billing; telehealth experience

This is a 1099 contract role — monthly retainer provided during ramp-up, per-visit pay as volume scales, with a clear path to full-time W-2.
