About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient orthopedic practice in West Orange, New Jersey . This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and Acupuncture providers in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

The practice maintains a manageable productivity expectation of 1.5-2.0 patients per hour , allowing therapists to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while building meaningful patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation services

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Contribute to a positive and patient-centered clinical culture

Qualifications

Required

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) License

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree from an Accredited Program

• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills

Preferred

• Outpatient Orthopedic Experience

• Experience treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
