Pet Resort Front Desk Receptionist- Afternoons

Urgently seeking qualified candidates for our front desk, reception position!

Our Luxury Pet Resort is a fun and active place for dogs to enjoy the company of other canines and burn off some energy. There is certainly no lack of activity in this environment.

We are seeking candidates that have a positive energy who can put our customers first at all times. You must be a hardworking, motivated individual that has a great passion for dogs!

Some of the duties of the Front Desk Associate include, but are not limited to:

• Must be reliable and committed to the responsibility of this job.
• Maintaining a clean, organized environment for all of our pups.
• Handling all types/sizes of dog breeds on and off leash.
• Provide exceptional customer service and willing to go above and beyond.
• Provide potential clients with tours of our facility.
• Accurately record and maintain reservation requests and records.
• Greeting customers and their pups
• Checking dogs in and out of daycare and boarding
• Answering phones and scheduling reservations
• Processing payments and maintaining customer records
• Assisting staff with general front desk tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• This is a 30 hours a weekposition, Monday through Friday. Some weekend coverage. If you love dogs, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part-time position. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends and holidays. Prior clerical and dog handling experience preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
