Insurance Agent

We are looking for an insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your customers. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, and increase our agency’s reputation.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-bound calls, and make prospecting and follow-up calls consistently while tracking your efforts.
• Evaluate customers’ needs and financial status and propose plans that meet their criteria
• Maintain bookkeeping systems, database and records
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services

Skills

• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
