Operations Executive

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Executives with a strong background in warehouse management, shipment sorting, and courier operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient warehouse processes, and timely dispatch of shipments while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily courier operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory control and shipment handling.
• Perform area-wise sorting and allocation of shipments for efficient delivery.
• Coordinate courier dispatching and route planning to maximize operational efficiency.
• Monitor shipment movement and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, riders, customer service, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and service level requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management and shipment sorting processes.
• Experience in courier dispatching and fleet coordination.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Languages - English and Hindi mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems is an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred.
