Nurse Practitioner

The Advance Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to patients.

• Collaborates with a team of physicians, nurses, and other professionals in primary care.
• Evaluates, diagnoses, monitors, and manages patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical therapeutics knowledge.
• Works under the supervision of a physician.
  
  

Education: Postgraduate degree, APP or PA licensure, BLS, ACLS.

Experience: None required.

Skills: Organizational, communication, interpersonal, customer relations, analytical, computer proficiency, and ability to follow instructions.

Requirements: Ability to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, work independently, and in confined/crowded areas.

Working Conditions: Exposure to blood, body fluids, communicable diseases, and computer equipment.

Physical Demands: Medium work including sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity, and visual acuity.
