Warsaw Chiropractic & Wellness Center is looking for a New Patient Coordinator / Clinical Support Assistant to help welcome new patients and guide them through their first steps toward better health.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Be one of the first people new patients meet and help create a confident, professional first impression.
- Assist with new patient consultations and help keep the office moving smoothly.
- Receive hands-on training to take and annotate chiropractic X-rays.
- Support patient scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
- Help with office flow, organization, and clinical support tasks.
- Work directly with doctors and team members to help patients get the care they need.
Skills
- Proven experience in a medical office or dental office setting with strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Electronic Health Records (EHR) management systems
- Solid understanding of health regulation policies, privacy laws, and insurance processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret patient information and clinical notes
- Experience providing medical administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare professionals

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
