Nannies and more…® International is seeking an experienced, warm, highly organized, and proactive Native Spanish-Speaking Nanny / Family Assistant to join a loving family in Smyrna, Georgia. This role is ideal for a career childcare professional who genuinely enjoys becoming an integral part of a family’s daily life and takes pride in creating a calm, organized, and nurturing home environment.
The family has two delightful children, ages 5 and 3, and is seeking a compassionate, kind-hearted professional who naturally takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys supporting both the children and parents. The mother is a busy executive who values a true team player—someone who sees what needs to be done and willingly steps in to help the household run smoothly.
A native Spanish speaker is strongly preferred, as the family would love their children immersed in the Spanish language and culture through everyday conversation, activities, play, cooking, and learning experiences.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: Approximately 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
Childcare Responsibilities
- School pick-up and transportation
- Creating engaging, educational, and age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging Spanish language development through daily interaction
- Organizing playdates and enrichment opportunities
- Assisting with homework and school projects
- Supporting social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Involving the children in cooking and baking activities
- Maintaining children’s routines and schedules
Family Assistant Responsibilities
- Assisting with family-related household tasks
- Running errands and household coordination
- Grocery shopping and household organization
- Managing children’s supplies, clothing, and seasonal needs
- Helping maintain organized family spaces
- Supporting the mother’s busy schedule through proactive assistance
- Assisting with occasional travel preparation and household logistics
- Identifying needs before being asked and helping create an efficient, well-run household
Compensation is $38-45 an hour based on professional experience, education, specialized infant expertise, longevity in prior roles, and exceptional verifiable references.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional full-time nanny experience
- Experience working in private homes
- College educated preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Excellent verifiable professional references
- Clear background check
- Clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Professional appearance and professional online presence
- Non-smoker
- Pet friendly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
