Middle School Teacher, Classroom Aides

Duties:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and facilitate their understanding of the material.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning disabilities.
- Provide support and guidance to students in need of extra help or tutoring.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a productive and respectful classroom environment.
- Foster a love of reading by incorporating library services into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
- Knowledge of education administration and best practices in teaching.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for students with special needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
