Job Description: We are hiring Merchandisers to work in supermarket branches across Dubai.

The role is to ensure our products are well displayed, stocked, and promoted to increase sales. If you have retail experience and good communication skills, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

Product Placement: Ensure all Fresh Box products are displayed properly on shelves as per planogram

Stock Management: Check stock levels daily, follow up for replenishment, and avoid out-of-stock

Expiry & Quality Check: Monitor expiry dates, FIFO method, and remove damaged/near-expiry items

Promotions: Set up and maintain promotional displays, price tags, and offers

Order Follow-up: Coordinate with branch supervisor and Fresh Box office for daily orders and delivery issues

Sales Support: Push branch staff to increase order quantity and report competitor activities

Reporting: Submit daily report with photos, sales feedback, and issues to supervisor

Customer Service: Assist customers and promote Fresh Box products in the branch

Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years experience as Merchandiser in Supermarket/Hypermarket in UAE preferred

Education: High School or equivalentSkills: Good communication in English, Arabic, /Hindi/Urdu is a plus

Knowledge: Familiar with supermarket operations and product merchandising standards

Physical: Ability to lift 15-20kg and stand for long hours

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
