MEP Planning Engineer

Al Ghurair MEP LLC is seeking a skilled MEP Planning Engineer with 3–5 years of UAE experience to support project planning, scheduling, and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Develop baseline programs and recovery plans
• Monitor progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with project teams to track milestones
• Identify delays and recommend corrective actions
• Integrate MEP activities with civil/architectural works

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years UAE experience in MEP planning
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6
• Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
• Good communication and analytical skills
