About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations.
- Review and approve shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP installations with other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, quality standards and relevant local authority regulations.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in MEP engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with UAE local authority requirements and approval processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
