MEP BIM Technician / Modeler (Mechanical or Electrical)

The Role

A leading MEP Contractor is hiring Mechanical or Electrical BIM Technicians, Modellers, Engineers and Coordinators for projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit
• Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings and installation drawings
• Support MEP coordination and clash resolution using Navisworks
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate model delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as an MEP BIM Technician
• Previous experience working for an MEP Contractor is essential
• Proficient in Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
• Experience in MEP coordination and BIM modelling
