Billing Specialist (Full-Time)

Fyzical Therapy – Parker & Castle Rock, CO

Fyzical Therapy is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our growing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy family practice. We operate three locations—two in Parker and one in Castle Rock—and are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and supporting patient care behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

This role is in person only! Please do not apply if you are looking for remote work. Must be able to commute to Parker and/or Castle Rock.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and submit accurate authorizations
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding balances and billing questions
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments accurately
• Submit and track insurance claims in a timely manner
• Follow up on denied or unpaid claims to ensure reimbursement
• Collaborate with clinic staff to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain HIPAA and payer compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and think critically to solve problems
• Persistence and follow-through when resolving claims
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous medical billing experience highly preferred (PT/OT/ST a plus!)
• Insurance authorization knowledge is also a must
