Marketing Head (Female Only)

Ravisn LTD is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Head to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate may have strong knowledge or interest in social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, and performance-driven campaigns.

This role focuses on managing digital platforms, executing content strategies, and supporting marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Develop and execute creative and trend-based content ideas
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and campaign activities
• Assist in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance including engagement, reach, CTR, and conversions
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team for execution
• Support branding and overall digital marketing strategy

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 1–8 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads may be preferred
• Strong creativity and analytical thinking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Awareness of current digital marketing trends
• Experience in content creation or performance marketing will be an advantage

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
