Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

West Hive Capital is a private equity real estate firm focused on acquiring, redeveloping, and revitalizing neighborhood retail shopping centers throughout the Western United States. We are looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help us create professional marketing materials that support our acquisitions, leasing, investor relations, and company brand.

This is a flexible, work-from-home position for someone who enjoys both graphic design and marketing communications.

Responsibilities

• Create email campaigns for investors, brokers, tenants, and property owners
• Design social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Produce leasing flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, and other property marketing materials
• Update website and marketing content as new acquisitions and leasing activity occur
• Maintain a consistent brand across all marketing materials
• Coordinate with the acquisitions and leasing teams on new projects and deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar email marketing platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details

• Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
• Fully remote

• Hourly compensation based on experience
