Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

Positioning & Growth

  • Define and continuously refine Nasscom DeepTech's positioning and messaging strategy, establishing a distinct voice relative to other accelerators, government platforms, and private ecosystem players.

  • Own lead generation as a core outcome, converting content, campaigns, and thought leadership into a measurable pipeline of applications, registrations, and partner inquiries across programs.
  • Monitor the competitive and ecosystem-marketing landscape (other accelerators, government platforms, global deeptech bodies) to keep Nasscom DeepTech's positioning distinct and its content ahead of the curve.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Own the content strategy and editorial calendar for Nasscom Deeptech Charter – across flagship programs and events like Future Forge, Deeptech Confluences, Deeptech Club, Emerge 50, Innotrek etc.
  • Translate deeptech themes (AI, Quantum, Robotics, SpaceTech, Semiconductor, Biotech, Mobility) and program milestones into narrative that engages our target audience – founders, corporates, investors, GCCs, researchers, policy makers etc.
  • Collaborate with the program leads, technical mentors and partners to develop and write thought-leadership assets — position papers, policy/procurement frameworks, and ecosystem insights.
  • Shape content and messaging for the all the programs making these resources discoverable and compelling to target audience it is meant for.
  • Conceptualize and develop pre- and post-program narrative assets, including ecosystem reports, leader notes, founder spotlights, policy briefs, and newsletter features.

Brand, Campaign & Social Media Management

  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and narrative structure across all program touchpoints, including microsites, executive decks, newsletter and impact reports.

  • Draft clear, human-centred copy for press releases, program invitations, and partner announcements
  • Design and run end-to-end campaigns, encompassing pre-event teasers, live event coverage, and post-event amplification.

Storytelling & Asset Creation

  • Own an evolving founder and ecosystem story series — format (video, written, interactive) to evolve with the charter — including interviews, technology demos, and program highlight reels, coordinating with designers /videographers/ agencies as needed.
  • Own content and messaging for ecosystem recognition programs — Emerge 50 and DeepTech Champions — Spotlight (category narratives, nomination outreach copy, announcement comms).
  • Create visual assets, speaker cards, event invites, campaign banners, and presentation decks using tools like Canva, or coordinate with external graphic designers for high-end creatives.

Community, Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Manage WhatsApp communities and founder cohorts to ensure timely event updates, network connections, and ongoing engagement without spamming.
  • Support executive advocacy by developing high-quality narratives, briefs, and speaking notes for program leaders.

  • Track campaign conversion rates, registration metrics, website traffic, and community engagement to continuously optimize messaging and content strategy.
