Maintenance Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Maintenance Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all the maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in maintenance operations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance systems and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Must know how to speak and write Arabic language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting.
