Maintenance Handyman (Driver's License Required)

HAVN Holiday Homes is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our growing team. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair works across our portfolio of holiday homes, ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standard for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests from occupied units.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driver's license (Mandatory).
• Previous experience in property maintenance or holiday homes.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair works.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work weekends or emergencies when required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
