Maintenance Engineer (MEP)

• Plan, supervise, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems.
• Maintain HVAC systems, chillers, FCUs, AHUs, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, UPS, and emergency power systems.
• Maintain plumbing, drainage, water supply, sewage, pumps, water heaters, and irrigation systems.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Prepare technical reports, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Support building handover, snagging, testing, and commissioning activities when required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle) (Preferred)
