Job Summary

Amlak One Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and professional Luxury Real Estate Agent to specialize in premium residential and investment properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury real estate, exceptional client relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors in luxury property transactions.
• Generate and manage a portfolio of high-value property listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct private property viewings and deliver a premium client experience.
• Negotiate high-value sales and leasing agreements.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Stay informed about luxury market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Promote luxury properties through digital marketing, social media, and exclusive networking events.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury real estate or premium property sales.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
